My Story
Get to Know Me
Born and raised in suburban Atlanta, GA, Marshea recognized her love and passion for real estate at a very early age. She became quite acquainted with national and local builders, often going into homes during the evening and weekends gaining the opportunity to meet developers and learn the land and building process. This experience of being around new home construction led her to the career decision of becoming a licensed real estate agent in June 2001. Marshea worked five years with national builder Ryland Homes in Atlanta, generating in revenue over $15 million dollars within two and half years.
In 2008, Marshea ventured to Las Vegas, Nevada one of the nations hardest hit foreclosure/short sale markets. While they're braving the "new " real estate market, she experienced success working with relocation clients from as far north as Canada to right next door-California. She worked closely with out-of-state cash investors wanting a piece of Sin City!! Stepping out of her comfort zone from moving across the country with no family or friends, to acting classes, doing stand- up comedy, and singing on stage at the Flamingo with the Godfather of Comedy George Wallace in front of 250 guests…Marshea then drove across the USA alone . Embracing her new drive and determination, she is laser focused to keep the American Dream of Homeownership, Commercial and Real Estate Investments…ALIVE!!
With 20+years, 100's of transactions, millions in sales in real estate, Marshea is an Associate Broker with Real Broker, LLC in both Georgia and Tennessee, Interior Designer/Home Stager, Certified Life Coach and Patented/Registered Trademark US Inventor, her goal is to help both buyers and sellers with getting a "new set of keys"...
